Unclaimed Baggage is a publication that contains nineteen anonymous messages collected from an interactive instillation. The instillation consisted of a briefcase with a slit into which messages could be dropped. The briefcase was locked with a key and left unobserved for 2 weeks.
A poster displayed together with the instillation invited passersby to relieve themselves of their emotional baggage, by writing something down that had been troubling them. Within four days thirty-three messages were received and an eventual fifty-five messages were accumulated.
